Jamie was great as was the entire crew and office support. The weather this spring was not cooperative however Jamie kept us informed and up to date with progress, scheduling, delays which could not be avoided. Homeowners need to understand sometime the weather is not cooperative and it is better to wait than to risk getting a poor job done. Be patient and you will not be disappointed. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was professional, the prep and clean up with perfect. The product choices, quality and variety was also all we were looking for. Exceeding Expectations....We hired Patrick and Klutch Landscaping to help fix and finish our landscaping project. After 'firing' our original landscape contractor (a friend of a friend), for poor workmanship, poor service, and poor communication we needed to get our landscaping finished before winter and done right. After much research we found Patrick from the "Baeumler Approved" website. From the very first conversation Patrick was a true professional providing great advice, setting a realistic timeline, keeping us updated, and coming up with great ideas. We worked off a plan, he provided a written contract and kept us informed every step of the way. The entire crew at Klutch were also awesome, keeping the property clean and doing great landscaping work. The quality of workmanship and professionalism of Klutch Landscaping is second to none. From the first phone call, to the first in home consultation, to the development of a contract, to changes we made in the contract, to the first work day (which was exactly on time), to the 4 week full reno (which finished on time), to the final day of final touch-ups, we were very impressed & pleased with The Home Improvement People.
