They provided a quote of $34,000 for our "entire roof deck area", then asked for a $12,000 deposit. After we gave them the deposit they changed their quote, saying their initial quote was only for the 2nd storey roof and didn't include the 1st floor roof. They said the entire job would cost more than double the initial quote. They were rude and mean, they would not admit their mistake, would not give us our money back. Their rudeness added insult to injury. We had to switch roofing companies and lost thousands of dollars. It was the worst experience we've ever had with trades. Stay away from this company.

I was sitting at the front desk when we got water dripping from the roof. at first we thought it could be the plumbing but it ended up being a roof leak. we called Jamie from all pro and he sent someone with in 20 mins. they found the issue and made the repair right away.

The weather this spring was not cooperative however Jamie kept us informed and up to date with progress, scheduling, delays which could not be avoided. Homeowners need to understand sometime the weather is not cooperative and it is better to wait than to risk getting a poor job done. Be patient and you will not be disappointed. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was professional, the prep and clean up with perfect. The product choices, quality and variety was also all we were looking for. I would highly recommend Jamie and his team.

Ian, from All-Pro, was very informative and professional. The crew that actually did the work was working on one of the hottest days in August and didn't stop. The crew was very pleasant and took the time to answer any of my questions. They did a great job cleaning up and I only found a few nails on the driveway. I would highly recommend this company for their efficiency and attention to detail.

Work was done on time, friendly staff and followed through with issues. They answered all questions and followed up with concerns.

They arrived at 7:15 and started to work right away at least a dozen men that all knew the job they had to do and did it. They had a trailer set up to receive the old shingles and wood and it seemed like the job was done in no time at all. When they left you would never have believed they had been here! Our property showed no signs of what had taken place except for the different coloured roof.

Skylights had to be custom ordered as they are no longer a standard size. Jamie found us a skylight with a solar powered blind which is ideal for our sunny south facing kitchen. The crew came and worked efficiently and neatly to install them. Very happy with the job they did for us.
