There's nothing quite like an old-school professional moving company. From the first visit from their sales rep to my house to estimate the cost in person, to the efficient and highly professional moving crew, Rawlinson made my move from large house to small apartment with absolutely zero stress. I'd had a bad experience with some furniture delivery guys who couldn't get a couch up the 4 stairs to my apartment (and my upstairs neighbour had the same trouble with her movers just a couple weeks ago) so I was leary of hiring just any couple guys with a truck, who quoted over the phone. I'm so glad I went with the pros -- they brought in even my piano with ease. As another plus, they supply boxes, which you can return for a refund. Thanks Ravi and crew!!

Mike talked me through fixing this myself. It was a simple fix, just re-engaging the auto opener from manual by pulling on the manual cord. He easily could have come out and charged me for this, but instead he saved me between $40 - $60. What a guy!!!

I cannot reccommend Ross Sullivan highly enough - he is the "Mike Holmes" of mold remediation! I had a few people in from other companies to quote on the problem (a leaky pipe and mold build-up between two walls), but none of them inspired the confidence that Ross did. Not only did he check beyond just the area I could see was moldy, he was the only one who brought a device to test for hidden moisture. The mold remediation work was carried out skillfully and professionally, and the complete containment of the work site caused minimum disruption to the household. This is where Ross's experience really came to the fore, as he was able to save the wall that had tile and kitchen cabinets on it, saving me thousands of dollars in repair work. Additionally, his price was very reasonable, and everything was on budget, and on time. I couldn't be happier with the work Ross provided!
