We wanted to replace 8 of our windows, so not a real big job but we were treated as though our job was important to Bavarian. We called in 3 different, local companies to give us a quote. Joe showed up on time and prepared. He listened to our concerns and he made some very important recommendations. Joe was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about his product. His quote came back quickly, easy to interpret and at a reasonable price. He was able to rush the order to accommodate a kitchen Reno. Thanks Joe When the crew showed up to install the windows there about 8 of them and they wasted no time.They were polite, tidy and they communicated with us throughout the whole process. There was never a problem with a request. It was always, “yes we can do that”. They cleaned up outside after every day of work. We were very pleased with the windows themselves and with the professionals who installed them. This team real knows what their doing and it reflects in their work

We have had lawn care companies to our property before but never have we been less satisfied with the whole experience than with Dr. Green of Mississauga. They actually promised us that all the weeds would be gone by the third treatment, that we had access to a "lawn specialist" at any time and that we could get a respray any time. Their customer service was combative every time we tried to speak with them, we never did see their "lawn specialist" (although we requested him several times), we had lots of weeds all summer and most of the men that came to spray were able to get out of their truck and then back into it in less than 10 minutes. The lawn was well sprayed only once all summer. It was a BIG waste of money and we would never recommend them to anyone. Further more..... they showed up out of the blue this spring and it was only by luck that we were home to send them away. We were told that we had to call them to cancel our service from LAST YEAR, as they subscribe to a "negative marketing" plan which is deceitful and was never mentioned last year. They have returned three times in three weeks to spray (which is better service than we received last summer) and I have been on the phone four times trying to cancel the service. They keep coming. If you sign up with them be prepared to enjoy your weeds for the season and to be unable to be finished with them next year.

Payed for place-settings on Jan. 13th. Was told I would have them in 3 - 4 months. ( ordered them for an event 6 months later/ July ) Received less than half the order at the 3 month mark. Called at the 4 month mark and was brushed off on the phone. Went into the store at the 5 month mark to find out what was happening and was told I would not be getting the rest until the end of July!!! Returned the very next day, to the store, to return the dishes I had received ( which were still in their boxes), in the hopes of getting my payment refunded. I was personally insulted, the owner of the store rolled her eyes while telling me I HAD to give her even more time to get the dishes in. The store owner insulted me personally, refused to refund my payment and brought me to tears in the store. It was not pretty. I walked out of the store. Right now, she has all of my money and the few dishes that I had had at home. At this point I will have to rent some place settings for our event in July, as I will never go back into that store. I would not pay for anything in advance from this store, nor would I expect any "customer service" and I would not believe any promises made with regards to delivery.
