Laid down drop-cloths, came early, finished on time, cut outside, cleaned up, very organized.... over-all a "well oiled machine". Worked with me to accommodate my wishes (my specific measurements) on the wainscotting, worked around my full-size mirror. VERY reasonable price!

I just purchased a brand new home from the builder, I liked the steeple-hinges and upgraded door knobs but they wanted approximately $10,000 to change them all??? WOW! After speaking with Jim, he researched, did a lot of leg-work and provided me with a comparable alternative for $1500. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! they look amazing and feel sturdy. They are not ONLY door specialists, Jim has helped me with home improvements ranging from crown moulding & chair rails to Phantom screens. HE IS JUST AWESOME!!! The best customer service I have received in a loooong time. I spoke with Amanda and Stefan, they were extremely courteous and went out of their way to find the products that I NEEDED. They recommended the correct products and did not try to upsell me. We corresponded several times via telephone and email to ensure appointment dates and correct products. I am extremely happy with the products, sales service, and after-sales service of the alarm system and would definitely recommend them. Overall a very well run company!
