Our furnace broke down in the winter and we needed someone to come diagnose and repair the issue. Arctic Wolf came out and was able to determine that the ignition control module had a failing contact. A replacement part had to be sourced and installed on a subsequent visit. The part worked and no further problems were experienced for the remainder of the heating season. The service was acceptable and the pricing was approximately what we expected. Good experience overall.
