We had called them when we say a groupon for the company was being offered. We needed our main water shut off repaired. I asked about how the promotion worked and felt I had a good understanding of how they charged for their service. So we bought the groupon only to then find out once we booked the call and the plumber came out they don't charge hourly but by type of job. So we did not receive a good value for our money. The were asking for another $500 on top of what we paid for the groupon to do the job we had requested, when i knew it would take him less than 30 minutes. We instead decided to have him change a diverter in our shower. The repair didn't last more than a few weeks and they still wanted another $200 on top of what we had paid for the groupon. jI think you are better off getting a plumber who charges hourly. I would avoid these guys at all costs.

We had a bad wasp problem, we called and spoke with John he had some one out quickly to deal with it. They were friendly and professional. They took care of the problem so we are now wasp free. I would recommend them for dealing with pest problems.
