We hired the plumbing guys to do the plumbing for our million dollar home after having over 15 employees through our home ,some probably not even qualified to be working alone (1st years). The plumbing guys failed to complete all the work and supply all products that we paid for!! They hooked up my reverse osmosis system wrong and never came back to fix it,missing our humidification system, leaks in our mechanical room, ect. After many attempt to have them come and complete the work and supply us with product we paid for we had to hire another company to do some of the unfinished work and we had to re purchase product that we paid for but did not receive from the plumbing guys!!! I feel ripped off totally !!out over 5,000.00 and climbing!!! I would stay away from this company!!!

Just after we moved into an older home, our furnace went out in the middle of February! After calling the Plumbing Guys, a man quickly came out and assesed our furnace. He explained everything that he was seeing and gave us his opinion on what to do, but also gave us other options aswell. He helped us immediatly find a new furnace that best fit our needs and had it installed in less then 24 hours! Fantastic service and really wonderful workers!

We had called them when we say a groupon for the company was being offered. We needed our main water shut off repaired. I asked about how the promotion worked and felt I had a good understanding of how they charged for their service. So we bought the groupon only to then find out once we booked the call and the plumber came out they don't charge hourly but by type of job. So we did not receive a good value for our money. The were asking for another $500 on top of what we paid for the groupon to do the job we had requested, when i knew it would take him less than 30 minutes. We instead decided to have him change a diverter in our shower. The repair didn't last more than a few weeks and they still wanted another $200 on top of what we had paid for the groupon. jI think you are better off getting a plumber who charges hourly. I would avoid these guys at all costs.
