I placed an online order on February 14, 2015 and the payment went through my credit card on the February 17th. I phoned on March 10th to find out when my order was going to be shipped. There was no-one who could track an order except one person who is difficult to reach and I have not been able to speak to him as of yet. The person who took my call said 'my order was going to ship today'. He said this without getting any information about my order such as my name or Order #. When I asked him how he knew about my order - his answer was 'because there were boxes that arrived today'. This is the worst customer service and I'm sorry I placed an order with them. My order was delivered on March 19th and the product came from Hamilton Ontario - 1 1/2 hours away. One of the 3 fixtures was defective but I do not want to wait more than a month to get it replaced.
