We called Reliance to deal with a failed gas based tankless water heater. It turned out to be a tricky bit of diagnostic collaboration between many members of the Reliance team to get to the bottom of the issue. The people we interacted with at Reliance were all very professional, courteous, and genuinely had our best interests in mind. They were unwilling to move ahead until they were confident they had identified the most likely cause. We engaged Bulgari in the spring of 2020 to widen our driveway (adding a border wall on each side) and to install a small interlock walkway from our front entrance. The work was done professionally, when promised and exactly as it was quoted to us. This was one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor. We had to delay several times over the summer as we were trying to coordinate two renovation jobs - no problem. We had questions along the way as we prepared - no problem. We had an issue with the stones for the wall - no problem. The crew was clearly dedicated and a hard working well-oiled machine who took pride in not only the finished product but how they delivered the services.
