I contacted BrickHaus along with 4 other companies. Michael was very responsive and his knowledge was very clear from the first meeting. Both my husband and I decided Michael would be great for the job. Michael was very thoughtful in his questions and designs. He ensured the drawings made sense not just now but also for the family in the future. He was also bang on in terms of predictions with the City timelines. My CoA went through without any issues. Michael was also very good in his follow ups when the City didn't respond as quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Michael to anyone needing plans drawn or CoA representation.

Decided to go with Diamond Duct Cleaning as I saw a great deal on Groupon and the reviews were great. I was very satisfied with the service. Returned my call promptly (unlike other companies) and was punctual. They made sure all vents were cleaned (last company missed one) and ensure any debris on the ground was cleaned up as well. They were quick and efficient. I would use them again. Also they ensured my air conditioning was functioning before they left.
