Brickhaus Residential Design

I contacted BrickHaus along with 4 other companies. Michael was very responsive and his knowledge was very clear from the first meeting. Both my husband and I decided Michael would be great for the job. Michael was very thoughtful in his questions and designs. He ensured the drawings made sense not just now but also for the family in the future. He was also bang on in terms of predictions with the City timelines. My CoA went through without any issues. Michael was also very good in his follow ups when the City didn't respond as quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Michael to anyone needing plans drawn or CoA representation.

We worked with Brickhaus on a renovation project in 2019. Michael was very knowledgeable and provided us with frequent updates during the permit application process. The entire process was seamless and stress free. We would definitely work with Brickhaus again and would recommend their services.

We had Brickhaus take care of our rear addition design and building permit application for our Toronto home. We love the design and are so pleased with the outcome. Michael is very easy to work with and we would definitely work with him again.

He took care of the permit applications and everything went smooth. We are using him again for our garage project and having to go through committee was a breeze. We worked with Mike on 2 projects. First one was a few years back for our old house in the Annex and the second one was for our new home, a major renovation, addition and an attic conversion. Both times his service has been great. He is really easy to communicate with, has lots of ideas and very open to hearing our own ideas and working them into the plans. He made sure to make time for us to go to the city hall and attend a committee hearing to help some portions of our prject to pass their review. One of our unhappy neighbours showed up and Mike was great at handling that situation and explaining the project to the neighbour and the neighbour did not end up contesting, it was a great outcome.
He is also very reachable which is very important to us, when you work on a large project there are so many different services that need to co-ordinate with one another so it was great to be able to reach him on the phone wheneve we needed him.
I would definitely use his services again
