I was very pleased with the installation of my new American Standard furnace last week. Marnie came to my home to explain the options and provide advice on the best furnace. Adam and Adam came to install the furnace on the agreed time and day. I was going from a mid-efficiency to a high efficiency furnace. I was very concerned about the potential damage to my finished ceiling to install the new vent pipes. My furnace room is in a very unfortunate part of the basement. However, the Adams were very careful when removing the old ceiling tiles and were able to reinstall them. Once I do some minor paint touch-up along the edges, it will not be noticeable. The installers needed to return another day to complete a few things, but the furnace was operational before they left the first day. Everyone was very patient with my many questions and concerns. The work is now complete and the furnace is working great so far.

Steve Brannan has been to my house in 2013 on 2 separate occasions; once to repair a range and most recently to repair a dishwasher. He also repaired the range in 2009. For all repairs, he responded quickly to my voicemails and he was very prompt to complete the repairs. Steve seems very knowledgable and he arrived at my house when he said he would. The next time I need an appliance repair, he will be the first person I call.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Fluent Moving & Storage. Although it was a small move, Dean was very prompt to return phone calls and emails. On the day of the move, the movers arrived within the window of time promised. They were very courteous, careful, efficient, and professional.

I am very unhappy with the "service" received from Hometurf Lawn Care Service. My lawn has never looked worse. My backyard has more brown spots, moss,and weeds than green grass. When I asked the technician about the brown spots when he was here back in June, he shrugged and moved on. When I called the office about the brown spots a couple weeks later, they said that I would be receiving another application in a couple weeks and would ask the technician to diagnose the problem. I have called twice since then. It is now the last week of September and they have still not been here. I have prepaid for 2 more applications, but I'm not sure if and when I will get them and I still don't know what is causing the brown spots and what can be done about them.
