My real estate agent recommended Len to me after I was having trouble finding a reliable contractor. He has completed a few projects for me: 1. Drywalling and insulating a stairwell hallway 2. Redrywalling and insulating a room ceiling after I had a roof leak Len always pre-planned the days in which he would come to work and let us know the exact hours he would be here. During the work activity it was as if he was not here. By the time we arrived home the house would be swept and vacuumed as if he was not there. This part really made my wife happy. In addition, he spoke to my wife explaining what he was completing each day, and was never patronizing. In fact, he is very personable. I highly recommend him, and he comes with references.

I hired Stephen Dubbin after he completed a roof project across the street back in early December. He seemed to be tidy when he worked. He checked my flat roof as I knew in the next couple of years it would requiring replacing (10 years old). He said it needed full replacing and charged me $3600. Three weeks later we had a snow fall, and we had a major leak in our house where multiple areas leaked which caused $2000 damage room. I have attempted 8 times to contact Stephen on both his mobile and business number in the last three weeks and still have not heard back. I had three quotes for my roof from other roofers to repair. All three roofers stated that who ever did my roof was not a qualified roofer as nothing was sealed properly and it would have to be fully replaced again. Since I have had to pay another $6000 to have a qualified roofer replace my roof, plus I still have the $2000 of interior damage. No happy...

Luis, Nick, and the amazing team at Royal Roofing saved us over the Christmas/New Years holidays. A month earlier I had my flat roof done by another person who did a very terrible job and created a leak. Royal came and assessed the damage (after I could not get ahold of the original guy) and gave me the truth about the previous job. After 2 other roof estimates, I specifically chose Royal based on a few factors: 1. They responded the fastest after I called about a leaky roof 2. Took photos, and showed me every place the last roofer did a bad job, and explained how it should have been done properly. 3. Offered to work over the weekend prior to a heavy snowfall to help protect us 4. Explained the procedure and materials they were going to use for the fix. 5. Wrote out a detailed estimate and did not ask for any money up front. I am happy I chose them, and am truly grateful the team came to fix my house. Five of them spent 14.5 hours one day to ensure that the roof would be good during the snow/rain projected over the next couple days, then came back and finished the rest of it off another day (another 8 hours for 4 of them). Royal Roofing is reasonbly priced, but more importantly the team takes pride in what they do, and have a tremendous work ethic (something you don't see often in today's contractors). I've been disappointed by many contractors, but this team is truly amazing and does a great job. You won't be disappointed. Thank you guys.

Friendly staff that where profession. They gave some good suggestions about the type and style of windows that we should get. Upon installing they did a fantastic job, and where very clean. Was remarkably impressed. Neighbours even commented on the cleaniness of when they were doing the flashing. Thanks guys, really nice job at a great price, very happy with the job done.
