I had a pipe burst in an outside basement wall after the crazy polar vortex this winter. I turned off the water in the house and called Flavio. He made arrangements to come over later that day. Flavio arrived exactly when he said he would, he did the work quickly, game some great advice on how to prevent the problem in the future, and he left the place cleaner than he found it. I would call him anytime to do plumbing work. Bottom line is that a good plumber with fair prices is someone you should have on your speed dial. Flavio has earned his place on mine.

I came home from work yesterday to a pipe that was broken and spraying water at the furnace. I called Flavio and made arrangements for him to come by and do the emergency repair. He was prompt, thorough and professional. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to a friend.

I called Troy to deal with a mouse problem in my old downtown row house. He came by the next day and spent a good deal of time going through our entire house and installing bait stations in the appropriate areas. I appreciated the fact that Troy was very knowledgeable about pest control and took took the time to answer my questions. I had another company come by years ago and got nowhere near this level of service. The thing that stands out with GTA is that they care about what they are doing and they will go the extra mile to make sure things are right. I am confident that they will honor their warranty (if need be) and I would highly recommend them.

I had them come in to repair two different fridges. On both occasions they were able to come on the same day I called. I would describe them as timely, friendly, and cost effective. Highly recommended.
