The estimator came out promptly to look at our leaky veranda roof in the fall, but it took a LONG time (over a month) to receive the formal estimate and have the work done. It took several phone calls (and finally one to the vice president), but eventually they came out. The repairs seem to have worked... we've now had a few warm days with melting and, so far, no leaks!

Wow. Great service! We had a solartube installed about a year ago and we are very happy. Not only was it a high quality product (looks great and no leaks), but also the service was wonderful. Logan made us feel completely comfortable with all aspects of the process. We plan on hiring this company again in the future.
