Jim did an excellent job of washing our house, including the windows. He was very professional in all aspects of the job: punctual, courteous, explanatory and fair. I recommend this service to anyone that’s not up to the rigours of washing the exterior of their home.

A home inspection of our newly-purchased house revealed a number of plumbing deficiencies. So, when Andrew came to do the piping in conjunction with the installation of a water softener, we asked him to quote on the work needed to correct the problems. Boy, are we glad we did. His prices were good, he was on time and his work was first rate. Andrew’s many fine qualities includes one that deserve special note. He truly cares. He cares about your home. He is meticulous and will leave you with beautiful, clean workmanship. His caring extends to pointing out other potential plumbing issues, problems that a lay person simply wouldn’t see. We have no doubt we avoided frozen pipes as a result of Andrew identifying the problem, informing us and correcting the issue. We recommended Andrew to our neighbors and they were very happy with his work. We consider ourselves fortunate when we can call on a good electrician, carpenter, mechanic or plumber to fix those things we can’t on our own. For your plumbing needs I highly recommend Andrew. You won’t be disappointed.

It was refreshing to be able to conduct a long-distance ( >1000 miles) transaction and get what I wanted in the time frame promised. Kudos to Roman and Helen for their professionalism. I was tasked by my wife to have an awning for the front deck at our cottage prior to our grand daughter's first visit. I found Rolltec Awnings on line and emailed them asking to speak to a sales rep. Very quickly thereafter, I was dealing with Roman, the owner, via telephone and emails. I would send him pictures and we would discuss matters. I really appreciated his willingness to help me wend my way through the myriad of questions and issues I struggled with. His efforts to get my order processed, in the manufacturing queue and on a truck headed to Northwestern Ontario resulted in an on-time delivery. Helen greatly aided the manufacturing process time line by sourcing the motor required for my particular installation. During the awning installation I had to call her to resolve a question posed by the contractor. She took my call during a meeting, looked up the data immediately after her meeting and called back within 15 minutes. Great service from start to finish! And the awning.... Beautiful! Flawless engineering. Robust. Functional. A great addition to the cottage and an upward spike in our quality of life at the lake. Were Roman to ever venture this way I offered him a day of walleye fishing on Lake of the Woods. That offer still stands and is extended to Helen. They deserve no less for all they have done in providing guidance and leadership in taking my idea from concept to fruition.
