Murphy's Law, Our 10 year old Kenmore High efficiency furnace died in the middle of the night during the coldest week in Calgary in February 2021. Called into Distinct Heating and Cooling on the recommendation of a good friend that had patronized them in the past and were very happy with their workmanship. Spoke with Nate(Owner). He sent over Jordon and Aiden to diagnose and fix our furnace problem. Both techs were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They kept me informed as to what they found faulty, contacted their suppliers to confirm they could get the required parts, and then provided me with a quote as to the cost. After I approved, they acquired the parts and repaired our furnace in just a few hours from start to finish. After finishing the repair work they reviewed with me what they had done and what I should watch for in the coming hours until the house was back to normal operating temperature and provided a direct number to reach them if I had any questions or concerns during that time. I'm writing this review a week later and all has been fine since the repair was completed. I am very impressed with the repair performed by Distinct Heating and Cooling. Thanks Guys!
