Brae and his crew recently installed a brand new furnace and air conditioner in my house. I was very impressed with his service right from the quote to the installation. I found the price to be reasonable, and he never tried to oversell any of the hardware. His crew arrived as scheduled and were very friendly and knowledgeable. As my existing furnace was over 35 years old and some modifications were required to accommodate the new furnace which he informed me of ahead of time so there were no surprises.

I must admit that I was skeptical that the very squeaky hardwood floors in the hallway of my 60+ year bungalow could be silenced-but silenced they were. The floors could not be accessed from the basement, so Squeak Knights used their process whereby they drill small holes in the hardwood and inject their secret sauce. This is a time consuming process that takes great patience on the part of the staff. I was very impressed with how hard working the staff were, and they even showed up on time and on the scheduled day. The drilled holes are not visible and the only difference is no more squeaks-even the wife is impressed. My only regret is that I didn't have them fixed sooner. I highly recommend.
