Incompetence runs high in this company
OMGosh! Trying to work with this company is a gong show. From not getting what we ordered to people not showing up to being over billed. You do not want the hassle of trying to do business here. Don’t bother calling the number they provide. I’m convinced they just throw out the messages. Also, stay away from the monthly maintenance program. You will never be able to get them to stop billing your credit card!
