Third floor demolition and extension
Krystal and Stevie are awesome. Our project wasnt small, nor was it easy. It required taking the roof off our house and rebuilding (and extending) the third floor. It took a lot of planning and coordination among the trades at a time when seemingly everyone was renovating and material costs were going up by the day due to supply shortages. The Twins were fully transparent at every stage of the project, problem solving and keeping things on track. They were always here when they were needed and available to us anytime we needed something explained or I wanted to discuss something that was going on that day. The Twins remained authentic and approachable from demolition right through to handing over the keys to our brand new third floor. Bravo ladies, and thank you. If youre considering a reno (bigger the better), youd be well served to call Krystal and Stevie.

First off those coffees you made for us and that hidden gem of a bakery close by made it real easy showing up early! Haha. Your whole family is amazing and we had such a great time getting to know all of you and experiencing what it's like at the Beaver! Haha Your hospitality and huge hearts made us feel extremely welcome. So many laughs shared we felt part of the family!! We still need to do a cook off!
