Krystal and Stevie are awesome. Our project wasnt small, nor was it easy. It required taking the roof off our house and rebuilding (and extending) the third floor. It took a lot of planning and coordination among the trades at a time when seemingly everyone was renovating and material costs were going up by the day due to supply shortages.

The Twins were fully transparent at every stage of the project, problem solving and keeping things on track. They were always here when they were needed and available to us anytime we needed something explained or I wanted to discuss something that was going on that day.

The Twins remained authentic and approachable from demolition right through to handing over the keys to our brand new third floor.

Basement bedrooms x2 were gutted as the walls were only plywood, carpet throughout was removed . We had the bedroom put back together with new drywall, potlights, baseboards and brand vinyl flooring throughout the entire basement approx 1500 square feet. Job was completed few days short of their original quote of 3 weeks. They lined up all the trades people perfectly! No waiting between the trades for someone to start the next element. Many times they were both on site working late into the evening. Clean up of the work site was impeccable each and every day. It was a pleasure working with the Simpson Twins.

Great service, made window recommendations, sent me samples to review and was accessible for any questions and concerns leading up to the job. Booked and installed within 30 days. They had an entire crew replace every window in our house in one day and left our house spotless after. I highly recommend the Simpson Twins if you need any renos.
