He arrived on time, climbed up onto the roof, took multiple moisture measurements throughout the house, photographed everything and produced a 46 page inspection report onsite. He is very knowledgeable and backs all of his findings with a thorough explanation. Equally importantly, he was professional, likeable and very easy to contact. I will definitely consider using him again.
