He arrived on the inspection site over 15 minutes early, waited patiently until we had access to the house and provided me with valuable education at the same time. He found some plumbing issues, but did not use any scare tactics--instead he focused on education and providing options to resolve my plumbing issues. Great guy, great knowledge base, and a pleasure to hire. Price was also quite reasonable--about par with other plumbing companies
