The major problem with the basement waterproofing is to find the leak. Mario spent a lot of time with us, trying to identify the leak and teaching us an approach to find it. Using the strategy proposed by Mario we were able to find the leak and confirm it to be sure that the isolation would be put in the right place. They came on time, was professional, fast and honest. They explained the process and advised as of what exactly services we need given the condition of the systems in our house. We hired Stucco Removal to renovate our house, including flooring, painting, and 3 bathrooms. We were pleased with Danny’s work (the owner) and gave him a good review . He seemed a nice and trustful guy. That’s why we paid him in full even before the entire project was completed although there were still number of problems to fix in a house, as to redo the backsplash in the kitchen, as he promised, leaking toilet, numerous cracks, etc. For our surprise, he just disappeared after he got the money. We have repeatedly tried to reach him countless number of times by phone and texting without success for more than two months. No 24 hours emergency service, no 3 years warranty, nothing. And this is the worst part, he broke our trust. That’s why I feel responsible to share my experience and reconsider the score.
