We were needing a new central air unit and wanted to get an estimate. They came in and quickly figured out there was just no power to the unit. Breaker was tripped and apparently there is a trick to resetting the switch which we did not know. Needless to say it went from getting a new unit to a service call and having cool air immediately. We really appreciate the honesty and quick response. Will definitely use in the future when we actually need to replace the unit
