Last night I had to put in an 'emergency' call to your on-call line and had the pleasure of working with Wilf. He was absolutely great. Our garage door would not close - so he went and checked it. It had been affected by our security contractors working on the cameras and access system and during the day they had left without making sure the doors were locking or closing! Great security if you have cameras and electronic fobs and then leave the barn door open for the horse to leave! He went over and above his role as the garage door contractor and we walked him through how to re-set - he had to go and get the keys from the lockbox and gain access to the Maintenance Room and then find the panel. It wasn't a totally wasted visit as one of the cables was frayed and a roller was rusted and needed changing. Just wanted to share my experience with this man Wilf. He was stellar and I hope you can pass this onto whomever his boss is!

Bob and his team are truly amazing at scheduling the appointments with owners, who are sometimes difficult to reach, or to have them remain home for this mandatory work. They leave notes on the doors advising as to when they will be back so that we are able to complete the entire complex in a timely manner. We have received many compliments from our condominium owners on how professional and how pleasant they are. For many years, we used other companies and were never able to complete every unit and the burden of reaching owners was left to Management. Since we started using A1 Quality Chimney, they have handled all of the bookings and follow-up.
