John and his crew replaced our roof expertly and we have only good things to say about the work. He's already worked on 3 other roofs on our street and it really was the excellent feedback from the neighbours that made our choice for us. His quote was very thorough with pictures of the roof from all angles and clear explanations. (All very important when as a homeowner, you aren't able to see the roof from the ground.)They protected my property so I wasn't cleaning up extensively afterwards. And the new roof was on in a day, 1/2 a day earlier than expected. The whole process from initial quote to final invoice was made that much smoother too, by Renai who handled scheduling and payment. Thanks to John & crew, we have a new roof that we don't have to second guess.

Ingrid was referred to us by a work colleague and we couldn’t be happier with her design consultation. We were new to hiring a designer (let alone an established one who’s received a lot of press) but Ingrid was easy to collaborate with on everything from drafting a layout, shopping for materials to managing installation. We were focused on maximizing our small kitchen and bathroom and Ingrid delivered plans which prioritized our space requirements. She also had the foresight to make family-friendly suggestions here and there which have worked out brilliantly for us – 2 kids later. Ingrid is now our go-to designer and we’re excited to hire her again for future projects.
