The installation was done right on time and as described. Just two weeks after when you call that the apparatus is not working, no one responds on time. I had to call three times to their call center and every time I was told some one will be in touch with me shortly.

While the customer was attended well in the store for sale of appliance, their delivery service was not at all satisfactory. The delivery guys left the appliance just in the middle of the room, near the main door entrance and the door could not be closed until the appliance was moved from with the help of neighbours. Moreso, all garbage at the drive and near the main entrance stairs. They did not even bother to plug in and show if the appliance is working. I am now concerned just in case there is an initial issue with the appliance. DELIVERY SERVICE - WORST. Pictures attached.
