This was my first time using Octopus Royal. My refrigerator was leaking and I asked home stars for assistance. Ofer promptly answered my call and I’m so glad he did. Ofer was polite, knowledgeable and eager to assist. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fix my refrigerator in less than an hour. He was also kind enough to pick up a broken accessory part and install it. This is why I highly recommend him. Thank you Ofer for everything.

Our laundry sink and basement kitchen sink had a drainage problem. Thankfully we did not have to wait long. Michael was here the next day. His knowledge, compassion and understanding is beyond compare. Our problem was skillfully resolved. I would highly recommend THE WATER WORKS to all my family and friends. Java Electric has been my 1st choice for many years now. Yunior is extremely knowledgable. We have given him some challenging jobs over the years and he has always managed to go above and beyond what any standard electrician would do to get the job done right and on budget. This last job was no different. My mom's range of 30 years finally died (technically she was down to 1 small burner that worked) ;). I contacted Yunior, wondering if he could come and replace the wires that ran into the old range with the plug her new range required. He kindly booked her in the day before her new range was to be delivered, saying that he did not want her to be without a least that 1 burner for more then a day. Unfortunately, the job was not as straight forward as he thought it would be. However, with a bit of negotiating and a bit of problem solving the job was done to her satisfaction. He even made time to replaced an old light switch in her kitchen. It was such a positive experience for her that she has already lined up some other electrical work for him to do around the house. Thank you again Yunior for your patience & kindness. You will be hearing from me very soon. :)

My Storm Door took a beating and needed to be replaced. I did my research and found that Tony from ALBVISION was the most reasonably priced. He takes pride in his workmanship and it shows. So that is why I also had him replace my bathroom window. In my opinion, there is no one else out there that will deliver such high quality work for such a reasonable price. He really puts the customer 1st. Thank you Tony for being so accomaditing, professional, and knowledgable. I will be referring you to all my family and friends.

I would highly recommend Java Electric and a specific electrician Yunior Pene Valiente. Yunior is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Luckily my problem was not as complicated as I had previously thought. My faulty light fixture caused all the outlets in the room to fail. I was so pleased to hear that it was only a loose wire. In a matter of minutes Yunior recognized the problem and I had light once again. :0) Yunior's problem solving skills are extensive as well. I had previously called him to install a 220 volt outlet for my stove and unfortunately there were many obstacles to overcome. Finally after some thought he installed it and it has worked perfectly ever since. Many thanks to Yunior and Java Electric.
