I called this company because they had serviced the dishwasher twice while it was under warranty. The tech advised that the leaking from the unit required the seal and gasket to be replaced. I agreed to the repair estimate. SIXTEEN days later they finally appeared to fix the unit however nowhere was there replacement insulation (it was soaking wet from the leak). Find someone else for your appliance repairs.

Based on just a phone call describing the problem, the technician walked in with the needed parts and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes for the warranty repair
