Last week, at minus 15 degrees, the furnace stopped working at 8 pm. I googled the Shell Busey website and then called Reliance, The Furnace Company. Jeff, their Service Tech, responded and before 10 pm, the repair was complete and the heat was back on. Thanks Jeff - and the team of professionals at Reliance!
