On the day of installation the two men who arrived were pleasant, professional and respectful. The post job cleanup both inside and out was perfect. Love my new bow window. As a homeowner, nothing is more devastating as a basement flood. After a major rainstorm on June 19/07 I had a major flood with water coming up both basement drains. I called Drainworks, after reading about their Consumer Choice awards, and was told that someone would be there is 45 mins. Jeremey H arrived in under 45 minutes and I was immediately impressed by his pleasant, professionalism. He was able to relieve the clog and made a recommendation of work that should be done. It was reasonably priced, and I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of. The crew that arrived the next day, was on time, (actually early), cleanly dressed (nothing is more off putting than service people in clothes that don't look like they have ever been washed) and set to work. They worked unbelieveably hard and finished in a reasonable time and left my driveway immaculate. Jeremy returned, checked everything, putting my mind totally at ease. I will be recommending Drainworks to all my friends.
