Office personnel at sunspace have zero follow up skills and or ability to resolve a customer inquiry Accounts payable staff are untrained and unable to resolve basic follow up paid invoices Sales team follow up and follow through I’d quite unacceptable The only people at sunspace saving this company are the installation team. The installers are punctual and professional and make the it a worth while purchase . The owner is unaware of how the office staff is undermining the company in comparison to the amazing installation team Randy
