Ultra Built-in Systems in Brampton replaced HVAC and water heater recently at my house, could not be happier with pricing and installation of Bryant brand furnace and AC which are under Carrier corporate umbrella, with Carrier’s technology at a better price. I went with a mid/high level grade furnace and AC, as well as Rinnai tankless water heater, the furnace is quieter than the replaced unit thanks for the sound insulation inside the furnace cabinet, as well the two stage burner and variable speed blower motor allowing lower RPM initially both in heat and cool modes for quieter operation. The outside compressor unit is incredibly quiet, both due to two-stage RPM, as well as sound blanket encasing the compressor. It’s a fraction of the sound level compared to the 17 years old unit it replaced. The variable speed blower in the furnace also means the fan-only mode can be run at low speed to circulate air inside the house very quietly, this will help to balance out temperature differences between different rooms while the furnace or AC is not running, and it works well. The tankless water heater is extremely quiet compared to the power vented tank water heater it replaced, it is also very space saving and cleared up added storage space where the tank water heater was. Zia and Ismael were the installation team, both gents are competent, well trained and worked efficiently installing the three pieces of equipment, they were accommodating to several of my requests, rather than just taking the quickest and easiest way for them. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and installation experience with Ultra Built-in System franchise in Brampton, make sure you speak to Eric before choosing another HVAC company.

I have heard the radio ads from Dodds Garage Doors for years, finally decided it's time to replace the 15 year old "Builder Special" press board garage doors that is rotting away in certain areas, it also rattled and creaked every time it is opened/closed. After researching other brands and comparative shopping, Dodds Garage Doors had the noticeably better installed price for the Garaga Acadia series door with thermo pane windows. It turns out the quoted price was a bit under the correct price in my favor, however Allan from Dodds stood behind his initial quote without any attempt to revise the pricing, this gave me the confidence with the integrity of the organization. The installation was arranged approx. one month after signing the order to proceed, the installation was done quickly, although I did notice during the installation the bottom plastic U-channel used to hold the seal in place was wavy, this appears to have come from Garaga factory, the installation continued as it is a minor aesthetic issue which can be easily rectified with new parts at a later date. As well the Garaga factory installation instruction called up a special bracket due to the width and weight of the door, it was not provided for the installation. The new U-channel, the special bracket and installation of the new parts took some time to coordinate, however it was eventually completed a few months later. I am very satisfied with the new Garaga door installed by Dodds Garage Doors about 5 months ago, it continues to operate reliably, smoothly and quietly even reusing the 15 year old garage door opener, the great looks also put a big smile on my face every time I pull up on my driveway!! Yes I would recommend Dodds Garage Doors.

Burkcraft replaced the very worn and cracked seat and back leather of my sofa with high quality full-grain leather that closely matched the original leather even though the dark green color leather of my sofa was difficult to find these days. Burkley the owner was able to provide this service matching my expectation of quality material, excellent worksmanship, and reasonable budget by selectively retaining areas of the original sofa that were not worn, such as the sides, back, and front part of the base. Burkley also ensured the support webbing and collapsed foam cushion areas underneath the leather were adequately reinforced during the repair process, the sofa looks and feels like better-than-new condition! I now don't sink into the sofa when I sat down, it is also very comfortabe compared to before the repair. The transportation was arranged by Burkcraft using a third-party service, they were right on time for both the pick-up and drop-off vs. the typical delivery by other delivery services of "we'll be there within a 3-hour window". Burkcraft was the only company of the 3 or 4 that I contacted to reply back to me for this work, I also found owner Burkley to be an honest and ethical individual to deal with, we discussed the work and my expectations over phone calls with the photos of the sofa I emailed him, I then visited his shop to ensure I was satisfied with its ability to perform the repair, I can now state with confidence that I was very pleased with the end result and the experience, and I highly recommend Burkcraft as a competent and honest shop to provide their service to their customers.
