Thomas is a professional painter . He completed the painting of a 1500 sq ft. condo and did an awsome job. He can spot deficiencies and made practical suggestions for repairs. He fixes what needs to be done. He paid attention to details in his work and did not take any short cut. He was on time with the project and on budget. He cleaned up after he finished the job and everthying was in order. More importantly, Thomas is a very pleasant, easy to communicate with and a trustworthty man. It was a delight to work with him. I would highly recommend him.

Arno from Maple Green Flooring took on the task of a complex hardwood floor repair in a condo that sustained water related damage. He was able to find replacement for the discontinued product. He completed the repair in the time he specified and it all looked like new at the end. He is clear in his communication and skilled in his work. I am very pleased with the outcome. I do think however that his fee was quite high and I should have negotiated firmly retrospectively.
