We hired this company to clean our furnace as we had recently had alot of drywall work done and wanted it well cleaned. The fellow that came out was pleasant but did not remove blower wheel and clean. Phoned company and they sent out another fellow who was very rude and initially because he was so rammy and in a bad mood I asked him to leave and just forget it. However he removed wheel and I cleaned myself in sink upstairs then took back down to him and he reinstalled. On the way out to his vehicle he hit his tool bag into our new front door and then into our down spout bending it around the corner (we bent it back). We were not impressed. The owner is fantastic to deal with - if you need a furnace would recommend 10/10 but cannot recommend for cleaning 6/10.

We shopped around and found Bob's knowledge about the product was hands down the best. We were not sure what would fit our families needs best for flooring in our basement with 2 boys and a dog we wanted something that would stand up to the traffic, provide a warm and cozy feel and look good. Bob helped us narrow all the products down. He provided a quality product, lots of samples, answers to our questions and helped us make a decision all within a timely fashion. We called Mr Rooter and they efficiently booked us an appointment to unplug our kitchen sink. We are happy with the work. Our sink was unplugged and the employee wore booties over his work boots which we appreciated when he was in our home. He also placed a protective covering over our kitchen floor and then placed his equipment and tools on top of the drop sheet. The cost was very high but they did what they said they would do which was unplug our sink. They guarantee no plugs for 90 days - if you do have a plug you call them and they will come out and unplug - has to be the same problem. They do not give you a quote over the phone but quote before they start the job and which time you have to decide whether or not to go forward. They came out to our job during normal work hours during the day. Only comment is that price is high.

We decided to have Polar Ray-O-Max replace our windows. They were not the cheapest of all the options we looked at but we felt their product was the best and took a leap of faith that they would also stand behind their product not knowing for sure that they would. We are happy to say 3 years later we made the right decision. If you plan to stay in your home this company is without question the best choice in window replacement. They are still happy to service their product and answer any question even after the job has been done. Their windows are outstanding, our home is quieter and warmer because of their windows. Thank you Polar Ray-O-Max. We were very happy with them because they have their own crew that installs their products - they do not sub out their work. Three years later we were happy to find the same faces still working with the Company and we have now decided to replace doors with them. A big thank you to the longterm employees Rick, Ed and all the others at Polar Ray-O-Max you make your company an exceptional company to work with!!!

I ordered a new insert for my latex bed purchased from Halstead and was told I would receive it before Christmas. I ordered it over the phone and they required my credit card and payment in full. Their beds are comfortable however their customer service is severly lacking - these folks over promise and under deliver and then avoid you as they don't have what they promised. Would not recommend if you expect your item in a timely matter - if time does not matter the product is great. Personally find the process very frustrating as I believe when someone says they will provide product on a specific date that they will especially when they require full payment before you receive your product.
