After an exhausting few weeks of looking for a bathroom vanity that would fit our specifications, we popped into Neo Kitchen. Within half an hour, Michael had taken our specs, we had chosen our materials, and had paid a deposit on a price which we thought was more than reasonable. We were so pleased with the finished product that we have returned for two more vanities for each of two more bathroom renovations. Wherever we look, we keep ending up with Neo Kitchen. And Michael has been no less attentive and responsive each time. Their professionalism and quality of product for the price is unmatched in the Greater Toronto area. And while I hope I never have to do another bathroom reno, Neo Kitchen will always be my first stop.

From the moment Anna answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. We moved a fully packed 10'x20' storage unit to our new home (granted, the home was just a few minutes away). The quote was bang on. And the movers were polite, considerate and good-natured (hard to come by given the nature of the work). They were patient and cautious and, not surprisingly, damaged nothing. They were also flexible and agreed to help offload another U-Haul truck that I had parked in my driveway. Anna followed up to ensure that everything went well. I would undoubtedly use Angel movers again!

I cannot recommend Capable Group enough. Yan and his project manager, Michael, put the customer first. From the very beginning, Yan presented as professional, attentive to our wishes, and concerned to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. Throughout, the group were immediately responsive to all my needs and my concerns. They took a very stressful situation - mold and resultant structural damage - and assisted in coming up with a plan of action. It certainly helps that many of the tasks - engineer, plumber, electrician etc. - are all in-house, which allowed me to relax and let them take care of coordinating everything. This also creates a level of comfort and trust knowing that the various aspects of the job are governed by the same care and responsibility exhibited by Yan throughout the project. Yan presented us with a unique approach, in which an overall quote was provided which included our choice of basic tiles and fixtures. To the extent that we bought our own tiles and fixtures, we were then credited the amount it would have cost us to buy them through Capable. And the credit was eminently reasonable. They were content to include small extras at no extra cost. Oleg, for example, took it upon himself to take a classic old and rusted bathroom vent (which I had grown attached to) and clean it up like new. It is the small things that count, and the small things you remember. We have a wonderful bathroom!! And more importantly, I have a happy wife. Thank you to the entire Capable team. We will be using you again shortly.

Demolition of our upstairs bathroom revealed a serious mold issue in the wall behind our shower/bathtub area. Within minutes of this discovery, I found Mold.ca on Homestars and gave them a call. From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Gregg attended the very next day and, in addition to confirming a mold remediation, he took samples of tiles from the three floors beneath the existing floor in the bathroom and sent them off for testing. They tested positive for asbestos. With our bathroom renovation quickly going off the rails, Gregg put our minds at ease by plotting out a course of action. His team removed the mold and Gregg is assisting in putting us in touch with people to remove the asbestos and an engineer to deal with any potential structural damage caused by the mold. Gregg and his team were exceptional. They acted with professionalism and urgency, easing us through a very stressful situation. I feel secure in having their number on hand should any other similar issues arise. They are the epitome of everything you would hope to have in a company such as this. Thank you Gregg.

At 9:00am on a Saturday morning, we discovered that our washer was not draining and, if fact, was leaking. I called Rick. He took the make and model number and, at 1:00pm, he called me back. By 2:00pm, he had replaced the pump, as well as making some additional tweaks - giving us confidence that our 20 year old washer (I'm guessing) will last another 20 years. Exceptional service.
