Seriously, going with NEO Kitchens was the best decision that weve made. We started with one bathroom vanity and ended up doing full kitchen renovation and changing vanities in all our bathrooms. Michael and his team are true professionals! Everything from design, execution, follow up and customer service was done to our full satisfaction. We are absolutely love our kitchen and bathrooms.

Neo Kitchen is absolutely my no-regret choice. They offered reasonable price. The designer is experienced and efficient. The installation crew is very nice, patient, and detail oriented.

Neo Kitchen is a company I would highly recommend to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen. Their cabinets are of high quality and the price is reasonable. We had kitchen re done 8 years ago and this year the hinges broke. We contacted them and they sent Kevin out to check them and he replaced parts that were under warranty and another part wasnt and we paid to fix that. Kevin was on time and pleasant and everything works now . The only thing is the new spice rack model is now much smaller than before but maybe the large one broke twice because it was too heavy. I dont love the maple cabinets I had chose 8 years ago because they are soft and get damaged easily. However they have new and better options now. The customer service has improved greatly since 8 years ago as the company grew. I would hire them again for additional projects.

Neo Kitchen renovated our kitchen about 7-8 years ago. They have an amazing warranty on specific items, like cabinetry and hardware. The soft closing hinges on our utensil drawer were worn out and not functioning, and the dedicated spice rack drawer/cabinet was also getting stuck.

Called them and they came, pleasant and friendly service. Replaced the soft closing hinges free of charge and only had to pay $100 for a new spice rack as it was not covered.

After an exhausting few weeks of looking for a bathroom vanity that would fit our specifications, we popped into Neo Kitchen. Within half an hour, Michael had taken our specs, we had chosen our materials, and had paid a deposit on a price which we thought was more than reasonable. We were so pleased with the finished product that we have returned for two more vanities for each of two more bathroom renovations. Wherever we look, we keep ending up with Neo Kitchen. And Michael has been no less attentive and responsive each time. Their professionalism and quality of product for the price is unmatched in the Greater Toronto area. And while I hope I never have to do another bathroom reno, Neo Kitchen will always be my first stop.

We had Michael and team helped us with our kitchen, mudroom, laundry and all our bathroom vanities, though it was a big project, I think it was one of the best decisions we made for our home renovation! From initial design, to layout planning, material and colour picking to installation, Michael and team were very helpful, professional, patient and friendly.
