When we investigated Inline Fiberglass as a source for windows and patio doors for our new summer cottage, we got wonderful service: excellent product; enthusiastic and informed sales representative (Dmitry) who met with us over the course of almost two years and answered all our questions (often several times) with patience and honesty; sensible advice on technical issues (we are retired and working to a tight budget). We bought more than thirty windows (mainly casement but several hopper windows for a clerestory) ranging up to 5’ x 12’ and four patio doors up to 12’. While we were able to order about three months in advance, it was critical that delivery take place as scheduled since all had to be shipped by barge to the site. Everything arrived as planned, the packing allowed us to hand bomb over difficult terrain, and my three sons and I installed all the windows without a hitch in 3 days. The result is really impressive. The windows are beautiful and work perfectly. When we met with Dmitry, we were always impressed by his enthusiasm for the product. Now we can see why.
