Ron took the time to explain our options and even to show our kids the different glass coatings with a nifty solar fan. He steered us away from options that wouldn't fit our taste, and even visited our house before giving a final quote. We never felt pressured.

We're really happy we upgraded to fibreglass for our bow window and patio door. The window panel posts are so thin, it gives us so much glass. The hardware is top notch. The patio door slides open with your pinky finger. It's hard to describe how awful our old patio door was. This is a pleasure to open to the garden.

Slava and Igor's install team were top notch. They respected our home, laid down mats and cleaned up everything. The install itself was tricky, with our old 60's house. But they made it work, worked efficiently, and everything looks fantastic.

We couldn't be happier.

Last November we installed new Inline FibreGlass windows throughout our whole home. In the summer we noticed a huge difference. I would definitely recommend their windows! The glass on the windows did not heat up as our old windows and we didn't have to run the air conditioner as much. The installers were great, very efficient and detailed. I would highly recommend their windows to anyone!!

I had such a horrible experience with this company. The sale rep (Larry) was enthusiastic and friendly BEFORE we made the purchase. Once we paid the deposit for a $100k deal for whole house doors and windows, the rep was rude to both me, my husband, my builder and architect. Also it was so difficult to get hold of the rep to follow up the progress to the point that we had to go to the office and demand to speck to the manager and requested not to deal with that rep again The delivery was delayed for a few months and it help up my house building for months. Products delivered and few pieces of broken glass, missing pieces and no front door. Stay away from this company unless you have a lot of time and energy to waste.

We got our oversized windows and doors for our new cottage from inline. They came out to be perfect and we were amazed with the thin frameline of the windows which gave us a beautiful outdoor/indoor experience. Would definately recommend inline fiberglass!

From start to finish, Inline Fiberglass was a pleasure to deal with. Larry reassured me from the beginning that everything would go smoothly and it came out better than my wildest dreams. Mike and Tony and their installation team took their time and went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier. Not only does it look like nothing ever happened, it looks 10x better from the inside and out. I no longer hear the cars on my street and my new kitchen window is so large I see everything! Thank you so much for all your hard work and getting me new windows before it was scheduled in January!

Very happy that we've gone with Inline's windows. After much research I believe that fiberglass is the way to go. Inline truly delivers superb windows. We'll be replacing our entrance door next and we'll be going back to Inline for that.

I found out about Inline from my friend. After seeing the quality of the windows that were installed in their house, I decided to check them out. Ordered windows and an entrance door. The entire process was easy and the lead time provided to us was accurate and worked out perfectly. 5+ Stars!

Installed New windows and doors a couple of years ago. Clean and professional install. They look great . Dog tore screen door. Richard was very accommodating in replacing and having ready next day. Great service.

We did a full home reno and ordered all our windows and main doors through Inline. Although they look great, we were extremely disappointed to find that one door arrived damaged. Inline advised they would replace but we are still waiting for that replacement 5 months later. We are now moved into our home and have discovered a faulty window and our black door hardware is chipping!
Though we were initially pleased with the service we are not satisfied with the customer service.
