We want to thank Modular for an excellent job. From planning to completion we were very pleased. Even after going through T-lab, a pandemic and beginning in early winter the work was impressive. As we choose to live here, Once the roof demo had begun we were vulnerable to the weather. The framing was fast and efficient and the new roof was on quickly. Sean and StarTech Team were very professional. Starting with a good scaffolding set up and protection. They waiting for good weather, and we had some luck as its early in the spring. They worked hard to create our fabulous new stucco creation for our home. They took down the scaffolding, cleaned up and left no mess! We are thrilled. Anne-Marie and Norm.
