We needed new blinds for three rooms and saw Kingsway Carpet and Blinds on Line not too far from our home. It was a good experience from the time we walked in the door. We had a fair idea of what we wanted but Elizabeth walked us through the possibilities within that framework and made us aware of the pros and cons of various choices. It did not take too long to come up with the blinds that would work best for us. We agreed on a time and day for someone to come and do the measurements - which he did - and a few days later we agreed to a time and day for them to be installed. They are all installed now and we are very happy with them. The experience was painless and just what you hope would happen in dealing with a highly professional organization.

I had dropped in to Etobicoke service centre about a year ago to get a couple of replacement parts for the wall receptacles and at the time Bill noted that it might be time to replace our unit. We recently had problems with blockages in our system and when my wife and I went back Bill again suggested it might be time for a replacement. When we figured our unit was indeed over 30 years old it seemed like good advice and he had a unit on sale that matched what we needed. Bill walked me through a bunch of little things I needed to know about removing the old unit and installing the new one. Little things you could figure out - but it was easy when you expected what you saw. The minute I turned on the new system we were getting great suction at all our receptacles and no indication of any blockage - so good advice. Bill had said that in the unlikely event that thee was sill a blockage we could borrow there heavy duty shovac system to clear it, but in this case there was no need. Good advice and good service. This is probably the only renovation we have done where we were as happy at the end or even happier with the builder than when we started. The work was carried out on schedule and Dave was in touch throughout the project to work through each stage. He made a number of suggestions in terms of materials, layout and small add-ons that really enhanced the original architectural design, the integration of the addition with the rest of our house and our enjoyment of the finished product. We were also very comfortable with all of the specialists who carried out the work and with the quality of the work they did.
