We had a new toilet installed in November 2015. In less than two years and after the warranty had expired---we noticed an almost circular crack in the bowl that was gradually getting worse. I called Hoerner Plumbing who suggested that someone could come and assess the issue and give us some direction and advice. Dave R. came the following day and was so helpful. He asked some some questions, took photos, and while at our house, contacted American Standard on our behalf. The new piece was ordered and available in two days. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We are so appreciative of his help.

Six days before Christmas, the lower element of our oven was not functioning. I called Brannan's appliances and received a return call within hours. Our stove is over 40 years old, so I was not certain the part could be replaced. Steve was able to order a replacement part and had the oven repaired and in good working order in 48 hours. He is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He would be my first contact for any future appliance issue and I would highly recommend him!

We had a new downspout installed and sealing of a leak in part of an eavestrough. The workers were polite, arrived when expected, and were very neat and cleaned up well. We required a readjustment after the installation and they were very good to follow up and return promptly. This company has a very strong attribute in communication. We received prompt messages any time work was scheduled or cancelled due to weather. When we required a readjustment---Brock was very good to explain what was happening and why. After over 24 hours of rain--and heavy at times---we are very happy with the work that was done!

The phone is always answered, service is provided quickly, neatly and most impressively---they seem to want to do it "right" the first time. Yesterday, Kyle not only replaced the bathroom taps, but found and repaired problems with the sink and pedestal that we were not aware of. Dylan repaired a leak under our kitchen sink, that was more extensive than expected. The work was done very neatly, carefully and both were very patient and professional. We are so happy with the service from Hoerner Plumbing---will continue to use them and happy to recommend them.
