An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Firstly, what sold me on choosing Superior was Gerry's presentation & expertise on what Superior had to offer. I had three other quotes which were comparable in price but it was the no pressure salesmanship that was very important to me. So as they say go I went with my intuition and haven't regretted that decision since. I've been very pleased with the product recommended, the installation, the subsequent maintenance service and most of all comfort the Furnace & AC have provide during both summer & winter months. As a result, I have recommend your Co to several of my acquaintance who were in need of a furnace upgrade/replacement suggesting they contact Gerry for an estimate/information etc. To that end, I am aware of six successful references and to my knowledge they are all satisfied customers, like myself. Side bar - on days like today I'm not as concerned about the furnace running frequently as there has also been a significant reduction in my utility (gas) bills.
