This is the 3rd time I have used Ben at BBA Studio to do my drawings and apply for permits. His attention to detail, customer service, knowledge of the zoning and building code requirements is what makes me continue to work with him and refer him to my clients always.

Glad that I could be of help. This two storey addition and extension to make a three storey house including underpinning for your own family was in a very tight schedule that we managed to do it on time. We also added a two storey laneway unit in the back for extra income which it also permitted and ready to be constructed. Looking forward for more collaboration between us in future projects.
