this was a reno to the Living room, dinning room, hall way, 1 bedroom, master bedroom with Ensuite and WIC. Had JC contracting remove the old carpet and trim in all the rooms mentioned, gut the ensuite back to the stud. They install new luxury vinyl with new baseboard, install all new interior shaker style solid doors. This including screwing down the entire subfloor to remove squeaked and leveled off the floor in a couple of places before installing the new floor. Ensuite was a rebuild, all new tiles on floor, inside shower pan and 2 walls including heated flooring. Use full waterproof membrane throughout. They took care of all the sub trades (electrician, glass installers, drywall tapers etc.). They did an amazing job, we couldn't be happier with the work and outcome. Excellent to work with, cooperative in design ideas. Started and finished on time and was on budget (we added to the plan which changed the $$ and time but that was on us) Note: Some of the photos are taken before the light fixtures were purchased and installed. Entrance way not part of project, just needed to be painted at time photo was taken
