Dryer was not drying clothes. They came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem professionally and quickly by cleaning out the vent and installing a new hose which was blocked. The price was reasonable. They were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended. DO NOT USE company called Service4Appliances in Concord, ON. They had already charged me $300 to service the dryer and it was very clear they didn't do anything as I wasn't there to see what they were doing.

I paid $340 for service to my LG dryer which was not drying clothes properly. They took apart the dryer and said it was completely serviced. Now 3 months later it is not working again. They say they only warranty their service for 1 month! They were not willing to come back and even look at what the problem is without pre-charging me $80 for the service call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERCHARGE WITHOUT ANY REGARD FOR THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
