hey there lets make it long short story even that crisis we still provide service to our customer our priority is safety and satisfaction so , you open the machine before my tech even was arrived and try to fix it by yourself so any missing plastic , screw its on your hand , second we dont buy our parts from Amazon , third we provide you just pay for labor 190 less 75 that you already been paid if you want to get your part by yourself and of course you start to yell and scream at our office this is not the way that we treat our customer so feel free to call us at 416-907-0684 from 9am to 6pm to get your full refund as well ask for ben .

At least said the correct story , our company came the same date that you request for service to repair your dryer and replace the strike on your dryer on your dryer door than our tech gave you the solution to call for air duct company to clean your vent as well , your husband call us and told to the office that air duct company told him that they cant clean the vent because they will damage the dryer something that’s incorrect then your husband told us the he run the dryer few times and only after few times couple days its stop working you been told that we can come over again and check the issue for you and if this is the same case that we repair we will not charge you but if this is different issue it will be charge on it so you disagree on that and just said that you put review on our company as you did so first its better for you as person check who said the truth on that case , all the call to our company is been record so at least you should do your homework before go further , our goal is satisfactory of service but when people react like that we will still gave the best service for our customer outside once in year its not working same at your case noting to work with thank you and have great day
Company does not stand behind their work
sorry to here that but as i told you if your lovely husband use proper language over the phone we can handle it , when customer treat my office same as your husband with to many f words we will take care of it but when there is no communication with the other side and he think that every one is work for him so im sorry for you as well , the policy of the company and its written on our invoices that there is 1 month warranty on labor and 6 months on parts since that job was already one and half month pass without any parts its mean there is no warranty on it also most of the cases we will send our tech without any charge if its pass week or two and we try to mention that if its different issue it will be charge on it but even when we told that to your lovely husband he dont want to listen and just use the f word every sec so again we try our best looks like the issue is at your side .
