Khan diagnosed our ice maker as needing to be replaced however that did not fix the issue so we decided not to proceed with the repair. He took the new one back, promising a refund. After months of calling and texting we received nothing. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your repair needs. It sounds like there are some financial issues. They have no problem invoicing but refunds are another story.
